This Associate Recruitment Consultant role allows you to build new and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, therefore we are looking for someone who believes in providing excellent customer service. In this role, with the right attitude and work ethic, you will then have the opportunity to progress to become a Recruitment Consultant.
You will be responsible for the identification and attraction of talented professionals for temporary, permanent or contract positions across a diverse range of companies. In addition to this, you will be managing applicants through every stage of the hiring process and even have the opportunity to be the interviewer by interviewing candidates in person and online.

A recent graduate from University looking to start their career
