About the Job
Whether your recruitment background is in Office Support, Industrial, Hospitality or any other specialist recruitment sector, you could be just what we are looking for. Provided you are talented, motivated and can demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, then we are very much open-minded and would love to hear from you.
To be a Recruitment Consultant at the Stafffinders recruitment agency, you need to have a minimum of 6 to 12 months of proven experience in a recruitment or sales role. You should be a hard worker who can meet deadlines and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
We are looking for someone resilient, persuasive, and a strong negotiator. You will be speaking to candidates and clients daily, therefore it is also important that you have excellent communication skills and telephone manners.

Experience Required
As for your experience, you must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, or a similar sales environment, whilst still maintaining the same desire and motivation to succeed.

Adept sales experience and recruitment knowledge with a proven sales track record

Excellent networking skills to build a client portfolio

Highly resilient and driven, with proficient attention to detail

Experience in using software such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems

Strong communication skills
