Experience Required
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and industry-specific requirements 

  • Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within a similar leadership role, with experience in managing a team 

  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred 

  • Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CIPD) are advantageous is preferred
