Your rate of pay and hours of work 

This temporary role offers an hourly pay rate of £15.00 and provides weekly wages along with accruing holiday pay. Shifts are available throughout weekdays and weekends. You have the flexibility to choose your shifts without any minimum commitment, allowing you to work according to your schedule and preferences. 

 

Responsibilities in your new role

As the Chef de Partie, you will manage a specific station within the kitchen while overseeing food preparation, quality control, stock management, and kitchen organisation. You will ensure dishes leaving your station meet quality standards in taste and presentation. Additionally, you will maintain inventory levels, supervise junior staff, and collaborate closely with other chefs during service.

 

Your personality, experience, and qualifications 

To be successful in this role you require strong culinary skills, including proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and dish presentation. You should have a solid understanding of kitchen operations, including stock management and inventory control. Candidates should demonstrate creativity, passion for food, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
