Stafffinders are thrilled to celebrate the recent accomplishment of our CEO, Jane Wylie-Roberts, as she was selected to be a part of the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA Class of 2024. As one of two women selected from Scotland, this is a huge achievement.
The Class of 2024 is a diverse group of 70 women representing 23 countries across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA). The businesses of those selected span 13 different industry sectors, showcasing a broad range of professional backgrounds and expertise. In 2023, these businesses collectively employed over 4,000 people.
This program is geared toward ambitious women entrepreneurs who have successfully built thriving businesses and are now poised for the next stage: scaling up and entering international markets. It aims to empower these leaders by providing them with the resources, network, and strategic insights needed to expand their reach beyond local borders and make a global impact.

Jane recently spent two days down in London, where the Winning Women program kicked off with 30+ founders from across Europe in attendance. EY presented a comprehensive agenda covering key areas essential for business growth, including insights into global macroeconomic trends, risk analysis, key learnings from a seasoned serial entrepreneur, and how to utilise the 7 Drivers of Growth framework as a tailored strategy for sustainable expansion.
Speaking of being selected for the Winning Women program, Jane says…
“I am delighted that I have been selected to be part of the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women EMEIA Class of 2024! I am honoured to be part of the new cohort. It was incredible to have women from all over Europe together at the kick-off event, to learn, and be challenged to grow our businesses to the next level. Thank you to the many EY Partners who gave up their time to support us.”
